These moments pass quickly. Let’s preserve them in a way that feels authentic, timeless, and true to your story.
Photo Session Guidelines
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking (if payment is not received within 24 hours, your spot will not be held). If there is a remaining balance, it is due at the date of the session.
In the event of rain, the session will be rescheduled within the season and it is subject to the availability of the photographer.
If client cancels 7 days prior to the photo session, the deposit will be credited for another photo session within the same season. If client cancels within 7 days of the photo session or client is a no show for the session, the deposit will be forfeited and no credit will be available.
Client must show up for the session at least 15 minutes early. If you are running late into the session, we can’t extend the session unless the photographer is available.
Pets are allowed and must be leashed. Please let us know in advance if any pet will join the photo session.
All session packages include access to an online gallery, limited edited HR digital images and prints, photography guide, styling guidance, picture-perfect location recommendations, and print release.
